We’re starting on the 1st of January, but you can start any day thereafter for 60 Days.
Challenge your friends & family:
- Train 4 times a week
- Choose a bodyweight movement & do 100 reps throughout the day, eg 10 reps at a time.
- Sleep at least 7 hours
- 30-35mls of water per kilo bodyweight per day
- Read at least 10 pages non fiction a day
- Choose personal challenges to add, eg. No alcohol, no caffeine, no smoking, no sugar, 10,000 steps a day etc.
