60 Day Fitness Challenge – 2024

Kickstart 2024 with our 60 Day Challenge.

We’re starting on the 1st of January, but you can start any day thereafter for 60 Days.

Challenge your friends & family:

  • Train 4 times a week
  • Choose a bodyweight movement & do 100 reps throughout the day, eg 10 reps at a time.
  • Sleep at least 7 hours
  • 30-35mls of water per kilo bodyweight per day
  • Read at least 10 pages non fiction a day
  • Choose personal challenges to add, eg. No alcohol, no caffeine, no smoking, no sugar, 10,000 steps a day etc.
